happy to host a visit from the Make A Wish Foundation on
behalf of Taylor Dawson. Taylor, a lovely 14 year old young
lady, is suffering from bone cancer and has been undergoing
radiation for approximately a year.

Thanks to the Make A Wish
Foundation, Taylor is now the proud owner of a beautiful TWH chestnut mare by the name of Coin’s Lunar
Adonis. The mare will continue to be boarded and trained at
Walkers West as Taylor, a good rider, takes lessons to learn
to ride a Tennessee Walker.

Kim Zupancic, who is a
volunteer with Make A Wish, was instrumental in making
arrangements for Taylor’s wish to be fulfilled. The
previous owner of the mare, Rodney Huddleston, made a
generous donation to the Mark A Wish Foundation as well. |

Taylor is
now the proud owner of a Tennessee Walking Horse mare named
Coin's Lunar Adonis. An official presentation of the mare was
held at Walkers West on October 5, 2008. The chestnut mare
will continue to be boarded and trained at Walkers West as
Taylor continues her riding lessons there under the guidance of
trainer, David Kelly. Rodney Huddleston, the mare's former
owner, who had raised the mare from a bottle, helped make this
wish come true with his generous donation of a saddle and money
to pay the first month's board and training fees. Mary Ellen
Areaux, owner of Walkers West, also donated board and training
fees to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
